This is an extremely onerous application process, probably the most so that I've ever seen. While I'm interested in the role, I won't be doing all of that during phase zero before any human has indicated interest in my skills. Just some feedback.

We recently removed the video submission requirement and simplified the application process. The version some commenters saw is no longer the current process.

Also, to clarify, candidates were never required to become customers or use the product as part of the application process. The intent was to give interested candidates additional context on what we build.

We're always experimenting with our hiring process and appreciate hearing where friction exists
