I am a full stack developer with a Master's degree in Computer Science and 4.5 years of professional experience with JavaScript. My top skills are React/Next.js and I am also good with Node.js backends. I have decent experience with C# and .NET but currently it is not my main focus. I have a decent understanding of DevOps technologies (Linux, containers, IaC, automation) for a developer. I also have an interest in Python and FastAPI.

Here are some of my projects:

1. Comprehensive project: full stack Next.js, Prisma, unit, integration, e2e tests, CI/CD.

2. Latest project: developer blog script, Astro, TailwindCSS.

I have experience working remotely for startups within globally distributed multicultural teams.

I am looking for a full-time remote position. If we work well and stable I can relocate. I have detailed resume available upon request. Hello! I'm Will, a Full-Stack Software Engineer with a passion for building scalable and innovative solutions. With expertise in TypeScript, Python, React, SQL, and more.

I’m a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings a strong background in building scalable, high-availability systems. As a co-creator of an open source drop-in infrastructure and client library for scalable real-time applications using WebSockets. I focused on delivering low-latency, scalable solutions that directly align with the requirements of this role.

The open-source solution includes a comprehensive React client library with full type support, a development server, a presence system powered by Redis, a complete CLI for deploying all necessary AWS resources using AWS CDK, and much more. Full documentation and the authored case study can be found below.

Most recently, I worked with Netlify on their CLI open-source tool, which manages workflows for over 100,000 weekly downloads. During this project, I collaborated with the Netlify team to address multiple features, fix several bugs, and implement a prompting feature to prevent destructive actions related to environment variables. Additionally, I ensured that these changes remained backward compatible with existing CI/CD workflows.

I enjoy wearing different hats and have no problem contributing across the stack. Whether it's backend systems, frontend development, or DevOps tasks, I’m comfortable jumping into any part of the stack.

As a lifelong learner with a positive attitude and a hands-on approach to building. Let me know if you are interested!
