The Senior Product Engineer role says "Lithuania, Estonia, Ireland". Does that mean that only candidates residing/living in these countries can work remotely for Modash?

We typically aren't hiring at that level for engineering roles. We prioritize senior positions (and above) because of our distributed, flat organizational structure. If we did hire at that level, the pay is $160,333 USD + stock options.

One of the Senior Job Descriptions says: "Previous experience leading and mentoring experienced engineers, supporting their career goals, and unlocking their potential." Who is the applicant supposed to be mentoring if everyone is senior?

This is the modern job market. Only hire people already hired and give them piles of money.
