I have 14 years experience. I'm ideally looking for a biotech software dev role, but anything with interesting challenges works. I prefer backend work, but have experience full stack.

I'm an experienced, self-discliplined, relationship-first engineer & leader.

I'm looking to work on something tangible (interfaces with hardware of some kind), user-facing, and grounded. Team quality and some face-to-face collaboration are important to me.

I've 8 years of experience as an Android developer. I've worked on multiple products from different domains. I've worked individually, in a team and as a lead, and I'm looking for new opportunities and challenges.

I prefer to work on consumers using products B2C and C2C so that I can see my work being used by common people. But I'm open to work on good products with potential.

I am a full stack developer with a Master's degree in Computer Science and almost 4 years of professional experience with JavaScript and C#/.NET. In the last few years my main focus has been the React/Next.js ecosystem, followed by Node.js. I am a JavaScript professional and a Python beginner interested to get more exposure to it. I have also worked with ASP.NET in the past which is not my primary focus at the moment. I have a basic understanding of DevOps tools.

A quick and easy way to estimate my current skill level, the quality of my code and documentation, and my preferred tech stack (Next.js, TypeScript, React Query, Prisma, Postgres, TailwindCSS, Docker, Github Actions) is to check out my latest project: https://github.com/nemanjam/nextjs-prisma-boilerplate

I am looking for a full-time remote position. We can discuss relocation after some time spent in the company. You can check out my other projects at https://github.com/nemanjam . I have detailed resume available, you can tell me about your company and project by email: nemanja.mitic.elfak [at] hotmail.com

Hello HN!

I've been online since BBS/Trumpet Winsock days, landing my first dev job way back in 2000. Since then I've done a lot, seen a lot, and built a lot - I've been fully remote since 2007. Server stack debugging and performance optimizations are my favorites these days but I don't mind occasional writing product code. Willng to do on-call night shifts for PST/EST.

Technologies:

Fullstack (Frontend, backend, APIs, server apps)
Favorites: php, .net (c# or vb.net, web/desktop), vue, jquery
Hosting: bare-metal, Hetzner, Linode, Leaseweb, AWS
  Databases: MySQL, MSSQL
DevOps: Ansible, QEMU, HAproxy, Kubernetes, ProxySQL
CV and past project specifics available on request.
