We have a range of roles opening soon. In software, senior/lead, test, and less experienced developers encouraged to apply. We also have roles with focus on assembly & test, electrical, biomedical, and mechanical engineering as well as RA/QA and manufacturing.

For more senior roles, we are ideally looking for someone who has shipped multiple systems in the medical device industry (e.g., FDA compliant) with hardware/software components. Anyone with significant production experience in similarly regulated areas will definitely be considered, as will experience shipping in less regulated environments but with an interest in learning.

We are a small, tightly knit startup team and would love to talk to people who are systems thinkers who would enjoy contributing across various layers and are excited by the prospect of responsibility for one or more subsystems.

We've actually done one O-1 sponsorship and wouldn't be against it in exceptional future cases, it's just not our default to offer. It's also much slower than we want for hiring right now. We probably would be able to take over existing H-1B for someone already in the US.

Now we are scaling the team and technology to support many more drug programs in parallel as well as increasingly difficult protein targets.

We're looking for pure software engineers (no bio or chem experience expected) to help build flexible production systems to integrate our ML models, molecular simulation platform, and molecular generation techniques into our drug programs. This includes helping build individual algorithmic components, iterating on our chemist-facing model deployment pipeline, and leveraging our autoscaling cluster of hundreds of GPUs and thousands of CPUs processing billions of molecules / day.
