Every decision is made by a person, an engineer at Bitnomial. I know take-homes are a big ask, and we try to make them meaningful and fair while respecting candidates' time. We're balancing trying to get as much signal as we can while not being brutal. Hiring is tough, and rejection is never easy, but we always strive to be thoughtful and respectful throughout the process.
