Motivity | Fully Remote (Generally U.S. Time zones) | Full time Motivity is looking to hire two software developers! We're a health software company currently specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for autism. Our codebase is mostly F# and only JavaScript/C# when absolutely necessary. https://www.motivity.net/about/careers/software-developer

Hi, looks like the page for the included link does not exist? I have extensive experience in developing healthcare applications in .NET (though primarily with C#) and would love to chat and find out more about the role. Please find my contact on my bio. Thanks.

Bitnomial | Haskell Software Engineer, Senior Frontend Engineer | Chicago, IL, San Francisco Bay Area, CA, New York, NY, REMOTE (US) | Full-time | https://bitnomial.com/jobs/ Bitnomial is looking for Haskell Software Engineers to join our team. Bitnomial is a US based, CFTC licensed and regulated derivatives exchange, headquartered in Chicago. Bitnomial develops and operates exchange, clearing, and settlement infrast…

They will send an auto reject after an unpaid 'take home project'.

I’m sorry to hear you had that experience, and I appreciate your feedback. We put a lot of care into evaluating every candidate’s take-home solution, and it’s never an auto-reject. Every decision is made by a person, an engineer at Bitnomial. I know take-homes are a big ask, and we try to make them meaningful and fair while respecting candidates' time. We're balancing trying to get as much signal as we can while not being brutal. Hiring is tough, and rejection is never easy, but we always strive to be thoughtful and respectful throughout the process.

By the way, we’ve hired several great engineers who didn’t make it through the process on their first try.
