Engineering Manager / Tech Lead with 10+ years of experience building and scaling backend systems in fintech and high-throughput platforms.

I currently lead a cross-functional team responsible for mission-critical services. My focus is on building strong engineering teams, hiring and mentoring engineers, and delivering reliable systems that can scale. I stay close to architecture and technical decisions while making sure the team can execute effectively.

Recently we’ve been heavily integrating AI into our development workflow, using it to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and support engineering productivity.

I wear two hats: full-stack engineer and cloud/reliability engineer, 4+ years across both. At Accenture I built .NET microservices and React dashboards serving 50,000+ users. At a Boston startup I shipped a greenfield platform from zero to production, then kept it running with Prometheus/Grafana observability, Terraform IaC, and Kubernetes tuning across GKE clusters.

MS in Information Systems from Northeastern, Dec 2025. US work authorized, no sponsorship needed. Looking for roles where I can build things that matter and own them end to end.
