  * Python (open to learn elixir and functional programming)
  * JavaScript or TypeScript
  * Solid experience with Linux & containers, back-end programming (services, APIs)
  * Knows browser test automation tools (puppeteer or playwright or selenium) and techniques
  * Configuration management and infra automation
  * DevOps practices: CI/CD
  * Front-end skills are an asset
  * sql and nosql experience
  * understands caching and distributed systems

Truework is building a platform to make it easy for lenders and fintech companies to leverage verified income and employment information in their products and offers. Our platform enables faster closing of loans and other transactions, increases access to financial products (that are often limited to W-2 employees with good credit), and gives employees visibility and control into how their employment information is shared with others.

We are growing quickly. We currently handle tens of thousands of verifications every month for top US mortgage lenders and are on track to handle millions of verifications annually for fintech and lending verticals. That said, our team is still small, which means you’ll play big a part in shaping the future of Truework, and your work will have a significant impact and visibility.

We also have a strong financial foundation. We just closed our Series C funding round and we have several years of runway in the bank. We are well positioned to weather and potentially even take advantage of current macroeconomic situation. I'd be happy to tell you more about this all if we end up having a conversation.

We are a decade old self-funded company and we've built a healthcare data platform used by everyone from high growth startups to household names. Our customers love us and we aim to provide a positive environment for our employees. The product itself is quite amazing in its own right, but we are continuing to innovate so our customers can make decisions backed by our solid data.

I'm hiring for the DevOps role - honestly this is could be one of those career-defining roles if you choose to fill it. We're planning to make major changes to our infrastructure and this could be a chance to build stuff up from scratch. Our CTO and I will groom you to own and manage the entire infrastructure.
