Same. 10+ years of experience writing FAANG-scale systems software. I don't want to go much into details but I also either tick or heavily exceed other skills they are looking for. Yet, I also got rejected without a single interview.

actually we're hiring faster than ever before. we have hired 10 engineers each quarter the last 2 quarters, and will keep that pace for the next 3. and some of the hires we've made have never even used Go before.

Bullshit. Stop scamming people. Or tell your investors that this is not the way of increasing the visibility.
