Do you have any good documentation for setup? Can you provide some reference, most of the documentation is either outdated or incomplete.

I've been using Zoho for my custom domain e-mail, and it's worked very well for me so far (almost a year). I hope they don't drop their free e-mail service, but if both Google and Outlook have stopped, they might consider it :( .
