I have no issue with that, as it helps americans understand that the world exists beyond their borders, except that it should be optional and configurable by the user. This feature caused a lot of noise on twitter due to people using VPNs.

For twitter/X I'm in favor of it because it might help navigate all the political propaganda on that platform.
