Hello, I'm an experienced fullstack software engineer and architect with over 13 years of experience. I've worked at a variety of companies mostly in the Microsoft C#, .NET and Azure space building cloud native web applications.

I've spent time on my own learning different technologies such as Python, Node, Golang and Flutter. As well as how to host them on the other cloud providers (AWS and GCP). So I'm confident I can pick up and run with whatever your tech stack may be!

I recently built the Websocket service and React functionality for a collaborative computational notebook (think Jupyter Notebooks with Google Docs functionality). White paper available here - https://pennant-notebook.github.io/ for https://www.trypennant.com

I'm an engineer with many years of experience in Silicon Valley, working in management roles, engineering, and consulting. My expertise is mostly in back end systems, working in the modern Go/Docker/Kubernetes ecosystem. In addition to working directly on large and complex code projects I also managed and grew engineering teams at various companies.

If you need help with specific technical projects, or are looking for management roles please feel free to reach out. I'm very familiar with both the unique challenges of scaling up startups as well as working to innovate in large enterprise companies.

Specifically if you need help productizing and scaling out various AI/Machine Learning/LLM systems this would be a good fit. I know there is quite a bit of demand in this area and a limited supply of qualified candidates.

Technologies: automotive OEM technology stack: ECU, CPU and GPU; control systems; sensors; actuators; infotainment; connectivity; back-end cloud integration; containers.

Résumé/CV: I work as an automotive engineer at one of the leading vehicle OEMs. I have been doing this for over 10 years and have 18 patents in the fields of automotive engineering, AI and radios.

I work on the digital transformation of vehicles. I do the software, network and data management that is needed to create a software-defined vehicle. To enable this transformation, I work with PowerPC, ARM and x86 architectures using C, C++, Python and Go.

My passion lies at the intersection of mobility, mechanical design, electronics and the software that makes them whole. I have unbounded curiosity to learn what makes something tick. From the early days of my life I have been dissecting devices to learn how they come to life. I love building and using digital tools. I love my oscilloscope and soldering iron as much as I love Linux and my IDE.

Currently, I'm working on designing and analyzing a low-latency network protocol on top of the 2-wire automotive Ethernet. Previously, I have done tear downs of competitor EVs to figure out how their software platforms work, and document the learning.

I'm looking for something challenging at an automotive OEM or an EV startup that has the balls of Randy Marsh.
