Java Spring Boot and C++ , but flexible to switch!

So, heres something different; I'm currently a CTO of a Startup but we're facing some challenges onboarding a second investor. Therefore we're looking for (temporary) jobs at other startups so we can gap a small period until we get another round of funding. Looking to be hired for a NON commercial tariff. NOT trying to be a recruiter, NOT wanting to be an outsourcer or consulting company. Only contact me if seriously interested.

SEEKING FREELANCER | Princeton, NJ / NYC Metro | Remote / Hybrid OK*

Climate Central is a science and communications organization focused on climate change impacts and solutions. We're looking for an experienced full-stack software developer to help us deliver a new version of Realtime Climate, a data-intensive communications tool, among other exciting initiatives. We primarily use Python and PostgreSQL in our backend, and run on AWS. JavaScript and web frontend experience is a definite plus, but the successful candidate will need to be particularly strong with data-oriented tools and infrastructure. The job description and requirements will be similar to this full-time employee position: https://www.climatecentral.org/open-position-senior-full-sta..., but to be clear, we have need for an experienced contract freelancer apart from that position (which is currently not accepting new applications).

We're a small, experienced team. We cultivate the best parts of a startup-like environment, while avoiding many of the downsides of a startup. We're looking for new partners to level up with. Rate is negotiable and depends on qualifications. Though a non-profit org, we aim to be market competitive. We are looking for someone able to work 35+ hours per week.

*While fully remote work is an option, we are limiting our search by timezone, to ensure adequate working hours overlap. We'll consider candidates located in timezones between UTC-8 and UTC+2 standard time. In other words, timezones between US Pacific Time and Eastern European Time.

If you are interested, please email jobs-at-climatecentral.org with EXACT subject line "Senior Full Stack Engineer". Thank you for considering us.
