Through our digital platform we streamline and automate healthcare providers' staff management processes. That’s everything from CV to payslip. This makes life easier for staff, empowers managers, saves time and enables new ways of working which are so crucial for the NHS as it addresses a workforce crisis and the recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic

We are looking for a new Tech Lead (Full-Stack JavaScript) to join our small team (Product Manager, Ops Manager, Tech Lead and Mid-level developer) to own the maintenance and development of our tech platform.

Our mobile and web app currently support around 1000 active users working in healthcare. Our tech stack is JS heavy (Node, React, React Native), with SQL DB and Azure deployment pipelines. We don't require prior experience with everything but you need reasonable expertise (you'll be managing a mid-level dev), be willing to learn and to take responsibility for our platform.

We're a lean and agile team, working mostly remotely but with regular (monthly and optional) meet ups at our office in East London.
