Radiant is recognized by the Nuclear Regulatory Committe as a pre-applicant and is currently working with Idaho labs to test Kaleidos in 2026. Radiant is backed by A16z and is targeting customer deliveries in 2028.
We are looking to build and expand our Electrical Engineering team, with the following positions:
Senior Electrical Engineer - Responsible for developing in house electronic control modules used in Kaleidos. Experience with PCB design for safety critical applications is a plus. Schematic development and layout in Altium designer.
Senior Integration Engineer - Own the electrical architecture and harness development and develop automated Hardware-in-Loop test setups for Kaleidos's electrical systems. Experience with electrical harness design, electrical system design, regression testing, and Hardware-in-Loop testing.
