Earlier quoted context omitted.

Must you be a citizen of a European country, or is being an expat in a European country sufficient?

Thanks for your question. We can't sponsor VISA's unfortunately - but of course if you are self-sponsored/don't require any sponsorship we'd love for you to apply!

Thanks for the reply. I thought as much, but most of my work overseas was consulting and so I skirted the visa issue for years and settled my tax bills like any expat might. Not sure what has changed since COVID with that.

Syntropic (thesyntropic.com) | Founding CTO / GPU Systems Engineer | Remote (US) | Equity-heavy

We compress LLM KV cache. Measured: 8× at 3-bit with 0.43% quality delta (GPU-validated); 22× live end-to-end on a 5-tenant workload, GPU-verified this week (quantization × prefix dedup, decomposition always stated); 16.89× tenant density on a single V100-32GB. Validated across Mistral/Qwen/Llama with zero re-tuning. 90+ patents pending; design-partner pipeline; seed round in motion.

The gap: our throughput path is a reference implementation. First job is the fused Triton/CUDA dequant+attention kernel — turning a validated 22× memory result into production speed. Then you own the serving stack.

Process: call → NDA → paid 1–2 week trial on the real kernel → decide together. We report negative results straight; you should want to work somewhere that does.

Contact: josef@podosai.com (Yosef Elimlich, founder — PODOS AI is our affiliated hardware company; the compression IP is Syntropic)

PermitFlow (YC W22) | Staff, Fullstack & Frontend Software Engineers | New York, NY | ONSITE | Full-time | https://permitflow.com PermitFlow’s mission is to streamline and simplify construction permitting in the $1.6 trillion United States construction market. Our software reduces time to permit, supporting permitting end-to-end including permit research, application preparation, submission, and monitoring.

We recently raised a $54M Series B led by Accel with participation from Kleiner Perkins, Felicis, Altos Ventures, and YC.

Permitting is a challenging yet interesting problem; thousands of municipalities across the United States have their own processes and requirements - many which are continually updating. Software, AI, and LLMs provide an exciting opportunity for us to reason at scale and distill a nuanced and localized permitting process into a standard and streamlined experience for our customers.

We're looking for customer-obsessed, ambitious, and hard-working teammates who are excited about solving a real-world problem with technology at its helm.

Electric Twin | London, UK | Full-time | Hybrid (4 days/week in office)

Electric Twin builds science-based synthetic populations — LLM-driven AI agents that simulate human behaviour, so companies and governments can test ideas and explore uncertainty before they commit. We've just entered a major growth phase: new funding, a growing customer base, and a platform still taking shape. We're hiring across engineering and science:

Research Engineer (Science Team) — Pioneer the application of LLMs to model human behaviour: design cognitive and LLM-based architectures, figure out how to evaluate agent behaviour in ambiguous scenarios, and build experimental methods to validate simulations. MS/PhD or equivalent practical experience; strong Python and ML frameworks; rigorous scientific mindset. Feel free to DM: yoanna.peneva@electrictwin.com

Product Engineer (Engineering Team) — Own problems end-to-end where behaviour, prediction, and UX meet. React, Next.js, Python, FastAPI, SQL, GCP. Your choice of Claude, Cursor, or Codex. Multiple roles across all levels. Feel free to DM: harry.smith@electrictwin.com

Small, senior team. Benefits include pension matching (4–8%), £1,000 annual L&D budget, Cycle to Work, and the kit you need.

Tandem Health | Software Engineers | On-site in Stockholm, Sweden | Full time

At Tandem Health we're building a clinician copilot to allow clinicians to focus on care rather than administration. We’re building, launching and iterating quickly, and are rolling out across some of the largest care chains across Europe, including most of the NHS.

Our first product listens in to the patient-clinician encounter to generate medical records, allowing clinicians to save 5-10 minutes per patient. No longer do clinicians have to catch up on administration after hours.

We’re expanding our Stockholm team with exceptional builders in a wide range of roles.
