#372Remote: Yes
Willing to relocate: No (currently relocating to Europe)
Technologies: L1/L2 Support, Zendesk, Intercom, Linux, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Docker, Web3/Crypto

I’m a tech-savvy L1 Support / Live Chat agent looking for a stable position to clear your ticket queues so your developers can actually code. I don't just copy-paste macros. I have hands-on experience building backend systems, which means when a user reports a bug, I can check the logs, read the API responses, and escalate a clean, actionable report to your engineering team instead of a vague complaint. I also have personal trading experience, so I understand market mechanics, margin, and liquidations, and can handle panicked Web3 users without freezing.
Total transparency: I heavily use AI as a data processing and "vibecoding" tool to parse massive logs, structure logic, and work 3x faster. I'm a native Russian speaker relocating to Europe, with B2 English. I don't mind the grind, the routine, or angry customers. My rate is $15/hr, and I'm open to USDT payments. If your support queue is overflowing, send me an email and let's get to work.

#373Role: Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, & Fractional CTO Advisory
Location: New Zealand Remote: Yes Willing to Relocate: No
Email: hackernews [at] architectfwd [dot] com CV/Site: https://architectfwd.com/about
I help organizations bridge the gap between "high-level strategy" and "technical execution." Most transformations fail because the architecture isn't aligned with the delivery priorities—I’m here to engineer that alignment.
I have 20+ years of international experience across public and private sectors. Currently a Principal Architect, I’ve spent my nights and weekends building the ArchitectFWD™ ecosystem:
- Enterprise - an AI-augmented platform designed to model enterprise components and evolve strategy in real-time.
- prfrm - performance management for people. Not HR.
How I can help your team:
• Fractional CTO/Architect: Strategy, governance, and technical roadmapping without the full-time overhead.
• Architecture Alignment: Mapping product strategy to services and tech stacks to kill "Architectural Drift."
• Operating Model Design: Moving from static "shelfware" documentation to value-driven, agile execution.
• Mentoring: Coaching architects and product leads.
Technologies/Frameworks: Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF/Modern Lean EA), Strategy-to-Execution Frameworks, AI-Assisted Development Workflows, Agile/Scrum, Multi-tenant SaaS Architecture, AI enabled Performance Management (prfrm™), AI augmented strategy and architecture (ArchitectFWD Enterprise).
Availability: Looking for part-time advisory, retainers, or fractional capacity. Whether it's a 2-hour "sanity check" on your roadmap or a regular weekly heartbeat, let’s talk.

Can rapidly learn new technologies. Game, Web, GIS, robotics development experience. Build my own 8-bit computer: https://nickvanurk.com/8bit.mp4 Optimizing things gets me all excited. Check out these Three.js projects I made: https://mechacraft.io https://everwilds.io/ and https://nickvanurk.com/capping/ https://nickvanurk.com/prototype/ In my free time I like to work on web games like Mechacraft.io. Professionally I've worked as an engine programmer on the Modd.io web game engine (TypeScript, sadly offline now) and SPARQ native game engine (C++, to be released). I find I enjoy web/typescript more than native/c++ so I would like to return to that space.
If you have a cool web game (engine) project or web tool with a 2D / 3D graphical / computational geometry component to work on please feel free to reach out by email, LinkedIn or Discord!

iOS Engineer focused on building fast, native mobile experiences that scale. I've spent the last couple of years shipping apps that survive real-world traffic—from a top Saudi ride-sharing platform to high-traffic social media and enterprise tools.
I do my best work bridging the gap between tricky engineering problems and polished UX. Whether it's heavy memory optimization, real-time tracking with WebRTC/Socket.io, or complex media handling, I love keeping the architecture clean and the app snappy.
Lately, I’ve been having a lot of fun building practical on-device AI features using Apple's foundation models. I also write a lot—I've published over 50 articles breaking down iOS engineering concepts for the community.

Backend engineer, ~2 years. Currently building a 9-service biometric verification platform end-to-end as a solo contractor — FastAPI + Postgres 16 with Fernet-encrypted PII and PgBouncer transaction pooling, an APScheduler container coordinating AWS Rekognition with two Java microservices for fingerprint and iris matching, plus a Kotlin Android client with offline-first sync. Repo pinned on my GitHub with a full architecture README.
Before this, low-latency Go services at Longshot Systems (London algo-trading firm). Joined without Go, was shipping in my second month — comfortable picking up new stacks fast.
