This looks interesting! Is there a way to reach out more directly? (It’s my understanding that regular submission systems as getting pummeled by bots..)

We’re making sure to look at every application, you should expect a reply. I’ll keep an eye on this thread for issues. The bot army for remote jobs is very real…

I applied last month and still haven't heard back. Any idea how long it will take to sort through the pile?

Not sure if I see the Software Engineer (full-stack or backend focus, Senior) role

That's my bad, apologies. This job post will be published next week and I somehow removed this mention from my comment while editing it. I've put it back now. In the meantime, feel free to apply through the Platform Engineer role while stating your targeted role and I will re-categorize your application later. Thank you!

Boot.dev | Senior Course Producer (Full Time, Remote)

We’re building the smartest way to master backend development by tackling the hardest problem with e-learning: boredom. We’re a small team of developers who love to make the process of learning as fun and hands-on as it can be. We are looking for a course producer and editor to help us create more programming and computer science courses on Boot.dev!

If you’re a highly technical developer with a love for teaching, this could be the perfect role for you! Your main responsibility will be to work with course authors and our in-house engineering team to produce new high-quality interactive courses on the Boot.dev learning platform. Our courses are highly engaging with coding challenges and quizzes along the way. They are mostly written (in Markdown), however, each course also typically includes 5-10 explainer videos that our in-house animators and editors help create visuals for.

Please see the official job description before applying: https://blog.boot.dev/careers/

Thanks! Applied (V. Valenzuela).

I have a specific track record in building developer tooling (I've been awarded 3 different well-known grants) and have been an early adopter of AI tooling, so this would sound like an exciting opportunity to me.

Immunant | Systems Programmer | REMOTE (US only) | Full-time | $120k - $150k + retirement benefits

If you're interested in low-level, resource-constrained and privileged execution environments, consider joining our team of compiler, OS, and Rust enthusiasts.

At Immunant, we spend much time staring at weird build errors, ISA or ABI documentation, or digging through obscure build systems or C code written 20 years ago. In any case, we strive to make the systems we're working on more secure, more efficient, and have more Rust in them (whenever we get a chance).

We also maintain and enhance the fully open source c2rust translation framework.

If you have recent, professional experience with C/C++ and Rust and know about operating systems, hypervisor internals, or compilers, we'd love to hear from you. Candidates with only superficial knowledge in all of these areas are not encouraged to apply. Please note that we can only consider candidates resident in the US.

We offer a remote-friendly, collaborative work environment with a high degree of autonomy and competitive benefits.

To apply: team@immunant.com

We look forward to hearing from you!
