Hi I'm Oli and I'm a fullstack dev with ~15 years in industry. I really like fullstack roles on teams that value breadth, so small- to mid-sized companies tends to work best for me. I've led teams of ~5-8 before on challenging year-long projects.

Past colleagues have said that I am candid, product-focussed, pragmatic, a clear and precise communicator and that I raise the bar for quality on teams that I am on.
