#358I live in EU, earn approx €52,000 as a senior software engineer (whatever that might mean) and live a happy live with a house, mortgage, wife, children, ... Don't consider myself rich, but doing good. Should I change jobs?! $168,000 - $350,000 for a Software Engineer seems outrageous. What am I missing?
