Full stack engineer with about 9 years of experience. I'm interested in solving hard problems and would love to help build creative and beautiful solutions. Machine learning, optimization, and games are three particular points of interest, but working with functional languages is always a plus.

I'm a fast learner and interested in pushing my boundaries. I'd love to be the least experienced person in the room - more opportunity for learning!

I'm self-taught and my degree is in philosophy, which I like to think leaves me in a good position to think creatively about problems and to communicate well.

Hi, I'm Jason - currently a research software engineer after completing a PhD with a focus in neuroimaging. My work and research has primarily been focused on engineering reproducible data processing pipelines to analyze large brain imaging datasets using various statistical and machine learning techniques. I enjoy working in collaborative, cross-functional teams where I can share my knowledge and learn new skills. I am seeking a new role where I can leverage my experience for solving complex problems and would allow me to relocate to NYC. Looking forward to connecting and discussing potential opportunities!

As an experienced DevOps/SRE engineer skilled in Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, and app development, I'm excited to find opportunities to work on creative and challenging projects focused on infrastructure and automating deployments.

I have hands-on experience in moving older, single-system applications to newer, flexible microservices, which makes systems work better and adapt more easily. I've also built internal platforms for developers, simplifying their work and helping them be more productive.

I'm eager to join a forward-thinking company where I can use my skills and experience to create innovative solutions and improve the way software is developed. I'm excited to work with talented teams and make a real difference in the world of technology.

Résumé/CV: On request

I have been a passionately programming computers since I was a 6th grader. I have onsite work experience in Oakland in the SF Bay Area (2015-2018). I am currently based at Kathmandu, Nepal and I’m looking for a 10-20 hrs/week ongoing engagement that keeps me challenged at coding.

I offer end to end website development, prototype development, SEO and content writing services at very reasonable price. My development stack is LAMP/MEVN but I am a self-learner so can get up to speed with your stack relatively quickly. I prefer async collaboration with occasional voice only meetings. If you had a Geocities web page back in the days, we might bond and befriend well.

Have a project that could use an assistant? Please submit the Get Started form on my website https://bugcrew.net (I am solo atm). I will get back to every one of you who drop by.
