#342Working on a music sheet app that takes photos and turns it into a local doc you can play midi on, plenty exist but they all want subscriptions to use them. Trying to see if I can do it with pure local phone processing. Still in PoC Phase. The app world is tiring with the lockouts for yearly subscriptions fees of $50+. Apple promotes them too since they get a cut.

Have built the SDK and some apps like an HN Client, ChatGPT client, Claude Code permissions sidekick, RSS Reader, some games etc. (all in the same above repo)
It has 8x less powerful hardware than a modern raspberry pi but runs Linux with an eink display, wifi bluetooth and a good battery life for $100 or something.

#347I've been working on https://smalldocs.org for some time. It as if "Claude Code & Microsoft Office had a baby". It's actually very useful if you develop with a terminal based coding agent and sometimes want to get out of the terminal view to dig deep into a topic.
I have had quite a bit of usage: https://smalldocs.org/analytics, which I'm very proud of, with many developers using it week after week.

#348I wanted to know if I could fully describe an online survey using a simple, readable, parseable language.
There are numerous UI form builders. And Xlsform for ODK and KoboToolbox but nothing I could find that is easy for humans and machines to grok. So I wrote a DSL in Ruby to see if it could be done.
