Location: Washington, D.C. (open to relocation, but preference to initial remote period)
  Remote: Yes
Willing to relocate: Yes (June 2026 and beyond)
Technologies: Python, Rust, Elixir | Neo4j, Postgres, Redis, K8s | PyTorch, MLX, LoRA/QLoRA, Modal A100s, H100s | FastAPI, Phoenix, Rails
  Résumé/CV: https://linkedin.com/in/arthurcolle

Background:

Deep knowledge of OpenAI, Anthropic + LLM APIs. Able to run models on GPUs and Apple Silicon unified memory. I have trained + deployed agentic coding, tool calling and multi-turn agent models in two prior roles.

Building autonomous agent infrastructure. Currently run a small R&D shop (Distributed, Systems & Co.) doing distributed AGI and AI safety research. I am developing graphsub (graph substrate), a graph-native service mesh for agents, eval harnesses, self-modifying DSLs.

Before that: 4 years at Goldman Sachs deep in SecDB/Slang (the reactive dependency-graph system). I worked on collateralized mortgage obligations, on the interest rate products trading desk (as an engineer in the technology division), automated parts of the downstream IR-swap lifecycle and on CDS lifecycle management for novations and other lifecycle events. Had a hand in managing and working on our internal TriOptima notional compression cycles. I got promoted from tech into structuring. Series 7.

Recent work: 15-service LLM stack (zero downtime across 98 deploys), fine-tuned Llama-3.1-8B (23% hallucination reduction), Rust daemons and TUIs. 3k+ GitHub contributions last year.

OSS: agents.erl (BEAM-native cognition), https://github.com/arthurcolle/openai-mcp, fortitude (a framework for bootstrapping agents), https://github.com/arthurcolle/dspy.ex

Looking for: AI labs, defense tech, or startups building agentic systems / foundation model infra / AI safety tooling. IC or research roles.

I can run SFT and RL experiments, train models, and I'd love to be able to train agentic models and ideally with large GPU clusters. I have enjoyed these last two years, a focused period of building "agentic scaffolding" and scaling up multi-agent systems and if any of this sounds appealing to you, I can definitely be of some help to your org!

Willing to relocate: No, but I am happily available for occasional drop-ins to an office within EMEA.
Technologies: Very much a generalist, but here are some buzzwords: Ruby/Ruby on Rails, Python, PostgreSQL, Docker, GNU/Linux, AWS, SRE, API design, tech debt, architecture, vibe code cleanup, Agile, UX

Hello! I am a tech lead & product engineer currently on the lookout for my next role, either a leadership position or a higher-level IC. (keywords: technical lead/tech lead/engineering manager/fractional CTO/product engineer/staff engineer/senior software engineer)

I bring over 13 years of experience tackling diverse software challenges. Some examples:

• optimizing planet-scale database services at AWS

• leading development of a novel fintech mobile native app

• building community banking infrastructure for African regions

• overseeing large-scale infrastructures (thousands of Linux servers)

Over the years, I have pinned down the aspects that make me excited about work:

• Deep connection to product (especially participating in UX and feedback loops from the tech perspective),

• Long-term ownership (rather than churning out messy prototypes & abandoning them, I prefer to deeply care for my projects),

• Technological pragmatism (use fitting tools and aim to create maintainable software, as opposed to appeasing my own ego),

• Continuous improvement (I love to both provide good mentoring as well as receive it), and, maybe most importantly,

• Working on bullshit-free projects that do not harm anyone.

Ping me via any channel for a chat!

-Tom

SEEKING WORK | Full-stack Python/Django Developer (Creative AI Focus: GenAI Image & Video Generation)

   Location: Thailand (UTC+7)
   Remote: Only
Technologies: Django, Python, HTMX, Tailwind, Postgres, image generation pipelines, LoRA training workflows
   Résumé/CV: https://edwin.genego.io
   Email: edwin@genego.io

I am a SR. SWE building production systems and workflows with GenAI. I am currently specializing down the road of creating digital characters and universes through diffusion models (both video as well as images). On my blog (https://edwin.genego.io) you will find extensive case study material on the topic, as well as a showcase of my own creative skills. Keep in mind that I come to this through the lense of applied-GenAI and not a pure AI/ML background; although I have worked with AI/ML teams well before 2022.

I am currently looking for a startup, company, agency or anyone really that is doing world, universe or character building with AI. Whether this is through GenAI models by building IP or something else. my current work spreads 50+ custom management commands for AI image generation, character IP systems, scene replication with layered prompt architecture; which is more or less openly documented on my website. What I am also looking for is fractional or project work (2-6 week cycles) involving generative AI, creative tooling, or content pipelines. https://edwin.genego.io/blog
