Merit America is a non-profit that has been named by the New York Times as “a glimpse of the hybrid future of training programs for the disadvantaged.” We want to build the most effective large-scale education-to-employment program in the country by helping Americans without Bachelor's degrees land jobs in tech.
We're looking for an engineer to join our growth and admissions team. This role will engineer growth experiments and build out tools to help our team handle tens of thousands of applicants this year (and hundreds of thousands next year). We're looking for someone with experience rapidly building for the web, who has an interest in user acquisition. This is the first engineer at Merit America — you’ll have a lot of autonomy and freedom over the tools/languages used, and a lot of growth opportunities.
