I currently lead AI solutions inside the learning org of a large business/accounting SaaS company. In practice I'm the person who takes an ambiguous "could AI do this?" and comes back with either a working prototype or a defensible reason not to build one.
Before this: eight years designing learning experiences, 14 years as a Canadian Forces communications systems tech, and sysadmin/service work.
Looking for: product or solutions roles in learning technology — LXP/LMS vendors, ed-tech, or in-house enablement teams that want someone who can build the thing and also step through the procurement, legal, and security compliance requirements when sensitive data is involved.

Senior full-stack engineer, 25+ years shipping software, Computer Engineering (University of São Paulo). Co-founded Gorila, one of Brazil's leading wealth-management fintechs — chose React Native to ship iOS and Android with a web team in 6 months (100k+ downloads), and as support director cut average ticket resolution from ~7 days to ~2 by rebuilding the workflow as a systems problem.
Currently I run Bookalyze, a BI platform for short-term rental management with paying B2B clients — designed, built, sold and operated solo, end to end. I work async by default: I write decisions down, unblock myself, and ship without supervision.
I treat AI as a thinking tool, not a shortcut — I architect and review, agents execute. This roughly triples my throughput without sacrificing code quality. Looking for: senior IC role at a product company (not agency/outsourcing), small senior team, async-friendly, USD/EUR contract. Fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Open to work: Senior Full-Stack Engineer (React/TypeScript/Node — AI-native)

I am a computer engineer with two degrees and extensive experience both as a manager of a team of 10, and as a software developer for over 30 years.I am most interested in a director or project manager position, or as a software architect. I also prefer Apple tech but am open to other opportunities.

#340I’m a software developer, a generalist, with more than 10 years of experience in delivering robust code in industries like online games, healthcare, education, finance, and staff management. Being a team player, I don’t hesitate to give and receive feedback in order for my team to grow. I’m eager to learn, improve, and use best-in-class technologies to build scalable, fault-tolerant, and predictable software. In the last 5 years I’ve been using Elixir to build everything from system daemons to UI heavy applications.
