I'm looking to switch jobs since, due to my condition of being a contractor, I am unable to progress further in my current job. My employers are very willing to offer more responsibilities to me but since the pay won't accompany, I just can't stay in good conscience.

I'm looking for SRE Jobs where a similar level of responsibility is expected of me, I'd like to have a job where I can be more proactive instead of reactive, in a company where vertical growth is possible. Any schedule that begins and ends within 5AM~5PM GMT-3 is alright with me.
