  Willing to relocate: No
Technologies: rust, c#, GCP, AWS, solidjs, ffmpeg, video
  Résumé/CV: please contact
  Email: hn2026@smmx.dev
Past year - launched multi platform walkie-talkie like system, rust backend + shared lib, native clients for ios/android, slintui for desktop - https://ioxsoft.net/ioxcom - now working on bonding solution to send video/data stream over multiple paths, other small tools at https://ioxsoft.net + https://smmx.dev

Previous career - 15 years leading+programming+CTO+mentoring different kind of projects, mostly for one of the top10 international sport federation - automated deployments to cloud, realtime competition data+video on web, SSO + subscriptions for Live+VOD, custom video pipelines to encode+store+deliver 50000 videos, small presentation sites, global remote commentary in-cloud system with own vmix for events, networked video archive+replay system, travelled around part of team to support Live sports events

I am not good to make some advance algorithms (coding questions) as I was not 100% software developer, but I listened to peoples needs and coded for past 20 years to solve/improve problems. Seeking (also small) project/freelance work where I can use knowledge to get you started.

Senior Fullstack Developer | 12+ Years | Seeking Long-Term Collaboration as Freelance

Currently employed but looking to build relationships with teams that value craftsmanship and velocity. I'm offering competitive rates ($70-90/hr) prioritizing team culture and interesting problems over maximizing income. I also enjoy procedural repetitive testing, so QA could do too (lower rates apply)

Summary:

- 12+ years shipping production code

- Dev tooling expertise (recently: custom Babel AST analyzers for faster debugging)

- Proactive problem-solver who likes to improve processes

Ideal projects:

- Teams with strong engineering culture who build ambitious things cleanly and fast

- Greenfield development or systematic refactoring

- Bonus: Highly formal/industrial model-driven environments and FP/Logic Programming environments (Clojure, Haskell, Prolog)

I'm a UI/UX designer with 6+ years of experience designing digital products across healthcare, consumer and enterprise domains.

My work spans the entire product design process - from user research, personas, journeys and flows to wireframes, high-fidelity UI, interactive prototypes and scalable design systems. Recently I've also been exploring AI-powered experiences, including LLM interfaces, conversational UX and AI-assisted workflows.

I'm looking for full-time contract, freelance or consulting opportunities (up to 40 hours/week), remotely.

Junior backend dev, 1 year at a sub-10-person company — working with a small team with nice communication and time/tasks managements learnt on the way. Recently built Nexus, a platform to monitor the alarms and events from a infrastructure with sensors - making it easier for the engineers to solve the events.

I'm looking for a team with (some) senior engineers I can learn from, since I like working in this domain and exploring.

Backend and systems engineer, ~3 years. Two things worth pointing at:

I scaled a C++ TLS WebSocket gateway from 200 to 5,000 concurrent clients on a zero-trust network access product, through connection pooling, network I/O, memory work and a threading redesign. Same job, I got the C++ client running on Solaris for a banking client after the task had stalled between a few engineers. The vendor's tunnelling API documentation was wrong, so somebody had to sit down and find out what those calls actually did against the real OS.

At my current job I built an email infrastructure platform on my own, 131K lines in about two months. FastAPI, Postgres, Redis and Celery for the control plane, driving KumoMTA edge nodes across several regions, plus the agent daemon that runs on each node, plus the DNS and deliverability automation (SPF/DMARC/DKIM publishing, warmup cycles under a Redis lock, blacklist monitoring). It runs at 200K+ emails a day across 1,000+ domains and beat the Salesforce tool it replaced on campaign response rates.

The work I like is where something is measurably too slow or too fragile and the fix turns out to be a few layers down, in the connection pool or the event loop or the index. Also happy to talk about Kafka pipelines feeding ML training and inference, which I built for a multi-tenant device profiler.

On logistics: I can invoice directly as a contractor, or go through whatever EOR you already use. Deel, Remote and Oyster all cover Pakistan.
