My primary project over the past 4+ years involved information extraction from oil & gas invoices using NLP, which allowed me to flex my skills across data science, data engineering, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure. I am highly adaptable and a fast learner!Re: Ask HN: Who wants to be hired? (September 2023)

I'm currently a hands on Director of Technology for an NYC start up that has unfortunately had their business materially weaken. They're unable to keep me on past the end of September so I am looking for a new challenge. Backend/Cloud/DevOps--Nearing 20 years of professional IT and consulting experience with multiple Fortune 100 companies. A jack of all trades and incredibly quick learner--also very adept at leading and mentoring teammates.

I’m a software engineer currently working at Meta on AI systems co-design.
I’m interested in moving back towards more mainstream software development, especially if it involves interaction engineering with emerging technologies, and more involvement in the creative / UX part of the workflow. I am also open to continuing to work in AI for the right project. The most important thing to me is having healthy growth opportunities available.
I grew up with an interest in computers, and worked on a wide variety of projects, starting with game engine development when I was in high school, then professionally cross-platform multimedia application development, robotics systems, biotech, and web security before my current role with AI systems.
I am open to a path leading to TPM, lead/management, or co-founder roles.

Hi! I'm a full-stack developer. I worked at https://ourfires.co/ as a full-stack developer and I am looking for something new.
I recently built Manga Verse(https://manga-verse-beta.vercel.app/), a microservice-driven web app that lets users read their favorite comics by scrapping data using Puppeteer.

I have an array of skills that span way too many disciplines, including web and ui design, web development, technical content writing, database admin, and a whole lot more. Lately I've been building custom AI tools using Python, and I'd love to continue down this path, but I'm open to positions that can fully leverage my comb-shaped skillset.Re: Ask HN: Who wants to be hired?
