Mitte (https://mitte.ai) | Berlin | ONSITE | Full-Time

Mitte is an AI creative suite. We've built our own media agent and we're hiring engineers who want this to be the best work of their career.

Founded by an ex-Superhuman lead engineer. Lean startup and unix philosophy run deep at Mitte. We ship every day and like to design systems, be thoughtful about patterns and primitives before scaling the codebase, especially with AI.

We're hiring:

- Backend Engineer (Elixir, Go) — own services end-to-end, from agent orchestration to the systems that move media at scale.

- Full-Stack Engineer (Go, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit) — build the surfaces creators actually use. Strong design taste and obsession with detail expected.

Berlin, on-site. We work in the same room because the product is moving too fast for anything else.

Reach out: careers@mitte.ai — tell us something you've built that you're proud of, and why it was hard. Berlin based applications only.

Stellar | Amsterdam, the Netherlands | Onsite (2 days remote OK) | €70-100k + equity | https://stellarcs.ai

Hey, I'm one of Stellar's founders. We're building AI for large contact centers, our primary product is voice.

Contact centers are the last place where companies actually talk to their customers. We listen to calls every week and it's fascinating. AI here helps real people: shorter wait times, 24/7 support, lower cost. We’ve helped companies go from 60 to 98% pickup rate in weeks. We’ve had (human) agents asking us to accelerate our roll out plan because the days with Stellar are so much better than the days without.

We’re all builders. Everybody in our company still writes code. We have one role open:

We are looking for implementation leads that love working with clients. FDEs welcome as well.

This role is perfect if you:

* Want massive ownership at a small team

* Actually enjoy solving hard problems (real-time audio at enterprise scale)

* Think making AI sound human in niche dialects is a fun challenge

Find the full vacancies here: https://www.stellarcs.ai/careers

EU work authorization is required. No visa sponsorship available.

Apply: e-mail is in my profile, please indicate HN in your e-mail.

How's your thoughts about the collaborate with a tech company? where you can find mutliple engineers and team at one place? which is a risk free decision to hire an inhouse team and pay whether their is work or not. Indeed doing that can suggest find a right partner and pay only for the resource you hire. If there is work then pay if not then not.

I know a vendor who can helps you to fulfill this kind of need. If something would be an interesting then can help you to connect with them. Let me know.

Latitude AI | Software Engineer | Pittsburgh, Palo Alto, Dearborn, Remote (US) | Full-time | lat.ai

We make automated driving software. As an independent company owned by Ford we need to ship a consumer-facing product at scale & reliability not common for our space. Yet we have the freedom to move fast. 2026 is our first time shipping a customer fleet, so times are exciting.

Several open roles on the careers site: https://lat.ai/careers

But the _best one_ is on my team (Data Platform): https://grnh.se/12jfaoak1us. Looking for a generalist SWE with strong opinions about data modeling and storytelling. Our stack (BQ, various dashboard & notebooking tools, conversational analytics) is heavily used at the company for all decision-making. An ideal candidate would have product vision, help us adapt for deeper adoption, and guide customers to solve real problems (vs vanity metrics/dashboards or get stuck in XY-problems).

Very competitive pay; bonuses above the norm (levels.fyi seems to have a good bead). Visa sponsorships: yes. Outside-US hires/relocations: sadly no. Email in profile (or find me on dbt, Superset, k8s Slack), AMA.
