What's the + on 100,000+? Are you able to give an upper range?

I would like to apply, but given your process, I'd have to put a portfolio together. (I've never seen a dev job ask for one before, to be honest.)

Before I put in the time to do that, I want to be sure the salary range is something I'd consider.
