Earlier quoted context omitted.

I've fixed it. Thanks for watching out for a fellow user!

If you have a few minutes to spare, there are several others with the same problem.

Happy to, but I'd need links - I skimmed through the thread but didn't catch any!

Let's chat about how I can help you with engineering and product management. I have 12 year's experience in networking software and SaaS and a Bachelor of Computer Information Systems degree.

Here's a short sample of things I've done to help tech companies:

* As Vice President overseeing a SaaS product: Led all aspects of the business unit as it grew 21x in MRR, 35x in customers, and 3x in team size

* As a Product Manager: Designed and launched a new pricing model to address objections to our previous licensing scheme, immediately resulting in reactivated customers and reviving doomed sales

* As a Software Development Manager: Created software development schedule options for executive team with clearly defined advantages and disadvantages of each option

* As a Senior Systems Engineer: Made Kubernetes app deployments fast and easy by writing Helm packages

* As a Software Developer: Created a performance-enhancing TCP proxy that improved effective throughput on unstable Internet connections up to 200%

* As an open source contributor to Helm, the Kubernetes package manager: created the community apt package for Debian and host its repository where it gets 200,000 downloads/month

PS very recently I went through a FAANG Software Development Manager interview loop and was offered a position, but had to decline when the offer was changed from a remote position to an onsite position.

I have a PhD in electrical power system reliability analysis, and have 8 years experience at a grid operator involved in grid analysis and data science, as well as project/change management. If you're doing something in the energy industry and need someone who understands how it all fits together, and who is willing to spend years crunching problems other people give up on, then I'm your guy.

I'm willing to work in non-energy related fields, but most of all I want to be in a team of ambitious people pushing the edge of their field. Prefer to be in Australia for family reasons, but am willing/able to work in Europe for the right job.

With over ten years of experience as a full-stack engineer, I've worn all the hats (also as a founder), developed, and shipped several products end-to-end. I'd love to work with early-stage startups where I can bring my product mindset to my engineering work.

I have been working remotely throughout my career, can comfortably work in and provide overlap with US and EU timezones.
