We are looking to hire two Senior Full Stack Engineers. Solve challenging technical problems and put your skills to the test every day. We've processed over a billion emails; per month we send nearly 3 million text messages and handle 700k+ minutes of call time for tens of thousands of active customers.

Strong expertise in front end technologies, we use React, JavaScript, CSS. Strong expertise in back end technologies, we use PHP, Aurora MySQL, Postgres, and Redis, to name a few.

Remote: Yes this is the only way right now.

Willing to relocate: Yes in a couple of years.

Technologies: Interested in distributed systems and cryptography. Prefer working with Nix, Haskell (or higher), Rust, Zig, Whiteboard (or pen and paper) and although I don't know how to use them very well I'd want to work with 'protocol languages' like tla+, verifpal, alloy, tamarind and develop algebras for systems.

Remote: Remote only. I've been remote contracting for years, and accustomed to working in distributed teams both locally and in timezones around the world.

Willing to relocate: No. I know when I've got it good!

Technologies: The usual web stuff: Node, React, TypeScript, React Native, GraphQL, Postgres, Docker, Linux, AWS etc. However I cut my teeth on statically-typed compiled languages like C++ when I was younger, and I'm writing Rust on the side. Have worked with Python in the past. Would love the chance to skill up in some system-level work if the opportunity presents itself.

Right now I'm contracting and writing quite a lot of SQL. I'm interested in remote opportunities anywhere in the world, either contract or permanent. If you're worried about the timezone, it actually ties in rather well with the US (I'm just a day in the future, so I can tell you how it all turns out).

I worked for 5 years in a media company(vix.com) and as a Team Lead I was responsible of maintain and improve the platform that supports all the operations of the company. We delivered content through several channels (vix.com website, Instant Article, Google Accelerated Mobile Pages, and several feeds to social networks and devices). We went from a heavily-customized Drupal to a custom NodeJS solution with microservices reducing devops costs, enhancing website performance and finally improving the time to add new channels from an average of two week to 8 hours.

Looking for new web challenges!
