Hi! I'm a motivated software engineer with 2 years of experience. I've been a contractor at a major pharma company, building up tooling around our internal scientific database and doing some data analysis on the science side while I was there. Later, I was with a smaller fintech company and built out the VS Code language support for an internal scripting/templating language—this was all done in OCaml.
I'd love to work on software whose target audience is other developers. I'm very interested in programming languages, compilers, OS/systems programming, databases, and back-end work in general, but happy to stretch to front-end or (if a position calls for it) software eng/data analysis that's closer to the natural sciences.
