We are just about to launch a new VC firm in Europe, and we are looking for an amazing executive assistant.
We actively look for a fully remote position, and are open to consider flexible working hours.
We need a great, amazing executive assistant. You might not have any experience in a role like this, but if you're good at organizing and coordinating people and things, and you have good people skills, and you are able to handle multitasking well, you might just have what it takes.
Our VC firm includes two General Partners, or GPs (think of these as the "founders" of the firm), and a few others that we are actively recruiting as we speak. We are experienced entrepreneurs and investors, who have lived and worked pretty much everywhere in the world, with a significant proven B2B market experience and an unrivaled understanding of regulatory evolutions.

Flourish provides family-focused therapy to adolescents with serious mental illness (schizophrenia, bipolar, manic depression, etc). We're building an app to give both the adolescents and the parents 24/7 support, virtual and in-person therapy, and symptom monitoring/early break detection using sensor data (FitBits to start). Getting good care and in front of lapses is literally life changing for these adolescents.
We were recently VC funded, have a good runway, and path to profitability. We've got two large health plans signed on already. We're currently in stealth mode, and aiming to launch this fall.
I'm looking for engineers who want to make a difference in the world while tackling hard problems. Our stack is Typescript, React Native, React Native Web, NodeJS, and Mongo. We're a remote-first company, and we'll be do in person meetings a couple times a year (our first is in August!)

Our research is centered around making language modeling more accurate, fluent, and useful for users. We are able to write accurately about topics that are too recent for a model to have been trained on (such as writing about Elden Ring or Ukraine) and about topics that are extremely fact dense where current models would hallucinate and write inaccurately.
You would be at the intersection of research and production code - constantly ingesting research papers, building prototypes, and later turning those prototypes into production code.
Our ML work almost exclusively involves very heavy deep learning (transformers) and we primarily use PyTorch.
You will be working directly with our Founder/CEO (me!), who is leading the ML team, both as a manager and an individual contributor.
