#32> In my most recent role, discussed in the PDF, I had a patch to Linux kernel 5.17 accepted. It was a minor patch but made it possible for the project to support vanilla kernels. I, too, fix typos in open source readme's.

I’m a software engineer based in the US and the co-creator of Able, an A/B testing framework for Jamstack Applications (http://able-test.com).I'm very comfortable in the Node ecosystem, I have experience with Ruby, and significant exposure to Golang. But I'm an ambitious and enthusiastic polyglot, willing to learn any tool, framework or technology. My main interest is in backend programming, but I'm open to fullstack roles as well.
I'm seeking fully remote roles only at this time.

I'm mostly a backend developer with low level C and C++ experience. I write high performance low level software and know assembly AVX techniques plus many optimization techniques. Linux is my preferred platform or BSD. But besides this I know Windows API, React, a lot about networking, VPNs and I'm always learning more.

#39Contracts: Yes if they're 12 month or to-hire
Remote: Yes
Willing to relocate: No
Tech: Python, Rust, C++, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, Postgres, OpenCV, and many Python libraries related to data or ML/AI
Resume: Provided upon e-mail request
I've got a little over 9 years of SWE experience. I'm looking for exciting back-end roles with either computer vision or AI/ML responsibilities. I've used Python for years and I'm very efficient with it but I'd also like to explore roles that work with Rust. I have lots of data-heavy application development experience and lots of experience creating web app products. I prefer to avoid subjective "technical interviews" where the exact criteria needed are not crystal clear at the beginning or where the interviewer wants to watch me complete the task while I'm on camera because that feels super weird to me.
