As a key member of the leadership team, the VP of Engineering is responsible for the technical delivery of our solution to sophisticated enterprise cybersecurity customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for: --Managing the engineering organization from front-end UI to the collection and analysis of unstructured data;

+Aligning the technical roadmap against the product roadmap and business needs to deliver capability-rich SaaS solutions on time;

+Establishing, monitoring, and communicating KPIs to the rest of the executive team and Board of Directors; Improving engineering efficiency over time -- both in terms of technical efficiency and team dynamics;

+Increasing the technical value of the company over time through strong management and by crossing new technical ground;

Qualifications We believe successful candidates will likely have some or all of following:

+Demonstrated success leading distributed teams of software engineers and data scientists who build cutting edge SaaS solutions as a VP of Engineering or similar role (CTO, Senior Director, or Director of Engineering);

+Both the social and technical ability to grow an existing engineering organization through coaching, hiring, and recruiting to support the proper team growth and technical architecture;

+Managerial and organizational skills for a coordinated large team over time;
