Being on a sabbatical since November and I'm looking forward to get back to work!

I have 20 years of IT experience, 16 as developer, mostly large known names. Currently senior engineer / tech lead at Citi.

My experience is almost exclusively with backend and embedded systems, mostly requiring either extreme reliability or performance.

I specialize in helping projects that have trouble delivering or ensuring reliability/performance. I can debug what causes these problems and help management and team in resolving these issues.

I can work on very complex technical problems. I have designed and implemented algotrading framework to respond to exchange within 10 microseconds of market event (for a large brokerage house on Warsaw Stock Exchange). I have designed and implemented from scratch a credit card terminal application that has not processed incorrectly a single transaction over 10 years of operation on tens of thousands of terminals and billions of transactions conducted.

I find simple solutions to difficult problems.

I work best as senior dev/tech lead but I am flexible and open to new challenges.
