LLM Solutions provides advisory and implementation services for everything LLM-related. We have developed novel approaches for leveraging LLMs against problems such as text classification, named entity recognition, semantic search and retrieval, and question/answer systems. If you have needs beyond typical "prompt engineering" and RAG-based systems, feel free to reach out. Location: USA

I have experience as an electronics engineer, an IT professional, and now I have added technical writing to my skills.

Something I have learned is that good documentation is a massive force multiplier. It allows others to up-skill quickly. By building a knowledge base for the support team I reduced call times by 40%. By incorporating the most frequently asked questions of customers into the documentation I was able to reduce support calls by 60%. By collaborating with devs, QA and support we found how to increased system performance by 42x.

You need a Technical Writer. You have developers that have trained extensively to talk to computers often in multiple languages. And it is hard enough to write documentation for other developers. Asking them to create documentation talking to users, system administrators, DevOps and management are even more dialects because they speak in their own jargon, and it costs a lot of their very expensive time.

I know technology, hardware, software, firmware and more. In tech, medical, aerospace, automotive and IT industries. I can do the translating for developers so they can concentrate on making the hard stuff.

I also know user experience (UX) I can guide you to make better user interfaces and keep you from making those mistakes that cripple many products.

Hi I'm Cruz! I'm a fullstack software engineer with proficiency in a variety of technologies. Most recently, I built Tumbleweed, an open-source framework that helps companies with microservice architectures deploy data streaming pipelines using Change Data Capture. Feel free to check out the case study at https://tumbleweed-cdc.github.io/ lets chat!

Spent past few years at bloomberg and amazon, looking for a platform engineering / infrastructure / SRE role primarily. Also interested in financial roles (quant if training provided, I have a very strong quantitative background physics degree, math minor). Physics in college -> software engineering. Extremely passionate about this career, got into software because I found my free time being sucked up by messing around with raspberry pis and watching CS related lectures on OS's, C++ related HFT talks, random talks on exotic data structures. I'm a fast learner, looking for a challenge/fast paced environment where learning on the job is encouraged and rewarded.
