Turnstile | Early Team (multiple roles) | Full-Time | REMOTE (US/Canada) | https://www.tryturnstile.com

---

We're a small (12-person) team of repeat founders and seasoned operators building modern revenue infrastructure for usage-based software. This is a tight-knit and senior crew — almost everyone has 10-25 years' experience, much of it together.

The last company we started, Second Measure (YC S15), scaled to 70+ people and tens of millions in revenue, received multiple “best places to work” awards, and was ultimately acquired by Bloomberg in a landmark deal.

We're looking for extraordinary builders — mid-level ICs through senior leadership — to play a foundational role in a company designed for scale:

  - Founding Engineer — Frontend Lead
  - Founding Engineer — Backend Lead (data platform)
  - Founding Engineer — Backend (multiple roles)
  - others (opportunistic)
We're well-funded by top investors (led by First Round Capital), fully distributed, and known for building intentional, inclusive culture. We offer competitive global rates (SF salary + equity), equal pay by level, work flexibility (including a 4-day workweek), and comprehensive, family-friendly benefits.

I'm a founder— if interested, apply directly (https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/turnstile) or shoot jobs@ and me (mike@) an email.

That's very fancy. Kind of reminds me of Nix, but without the weird custom language.

Is this/will this be open source? I managed to find your github, but you don't link to it from your site, and I don't see this particular tool on it.

Fangamer | Fullstack Ruby Engineer | Full-Time | Tucson, AZ or REMOTE | https://fangamer.com/jobs | jobs@fangamer.com

Fangamer sells video games and video game related merchandise. You can view our catalog at https://fangamer.com .

We prefer to build our own in-house apps as we have found that coding our own workflows provides the force multiplier to allow us to efficiently launch, ship, and promote new products weekly. As an example of some of the products our web development team works on:

* A shipping system that interfaces directly with Zebra printers.

* A purchase order system to manage the parts necessary for each product (a Collector's Editions may have many parts that need to be ordered from different vendors.)

* A privacy-centric customer service app.

* A privacy-centric file download system for certain products that does not require any data collection (ie. get the MP3 with the vinyl).

* Internal financial app that manages our royalty calculations.

We're looking for someone familiar with Ruby, Rails, Postgres, and interfacing with many different APIs. A huge bonus for experience in e-commerce or being privacy-aware in general.

Although we are based in Tucson, AZ, our company is about 25% remote, with half our development team being remote, and have had a remote-first culture from the start; so no need to go to our office. As such, we are an asynchronous team with different developers being heads of different apps or modules.

And we have great work-life balance so taking time-off absolutely fine, and we have encourage anti-crunch throughout the company since we know that crunch is endemic within the gaming sector. ("Michael, go home" is one of our internal mottos.)

If the above interested you, visit the listing at https://fangamer.com/jobs/ or email jobs@fangamer.com . (Salary range is listed on the fangamer.com/jobs page.)
