Location: Washington, D.C. (open to relocation, but preference to initial remote period)
  Remote: Yes
Willing to relocate: Yes (June 2026 and beyond)
Technologies: Python, Rust, Elixir | Neo4j, Postgres, Redis, K8s | PyTorch, MLX, LoRA/QLoRA, Modal A100s, H100s | FastAPI, Phoenix, Rails
  Résumé/CV: https://linkedin.com/in/arthurcolle

Background:

Deep knowledge of OpenAI, Anthropic + LLM APIs. Able to run models on GPUs and Apple Silicon unified memory. I have trained + deployed agentic coding, tool calling and multi-turn agent models in two prior roles.

Building autonomous agent infrastructure. Currently run a small R&D shop (Distributed, Systems & Co.) doing distributed AGI and AI safety research. I am developing graphsub (graph substrate), a graph-native service mesh for agents, eval harnesses, self-modifying DSLs.

Before that: 4 years at Goldman Sachs deep in SecDB/Slang (the reactive dependency-graph system). I worked on collateralized mortgage obligations, on the interest rate products trading desk (as an engineer in the technology division), automated parts of the downstream IR-swap lifecycle and on CDS lifecycle management for novations and other lifecycle events. Had a hand in managing and working on our internal TriOptima notional compression cycles. I got promoted from tech into structuring. Series 7.

Recent work: 15-service LLM stack (zero downtime across 98 deploys), fine-tuned Llama-3.1-8B (23% hallucination reduction), Rust daemons and TUIs. 3k+ GitHub contributions last year.

OSS: agents.erl (BEAM-native cognition), https://github.com/arthurcolle/openai-mcp, fortitude (a framework for bootstrapping agents), https://github.com/arthurcolle/dspy.ex

Looking for: AI labs, defense tech, or startups building agentic systems / foundation model infra / AI safety tooling. IC or research roles.

I can run SFT and RL experiments, train models, and I'd love to be able to train agentic models and ideally with large GPU clusters. I have enjoyed these last two years, a focused period of building "agentic scaffolding" and scaling up multi-agent systems and if any of this sounds appealing to you, I can definitely be of some help to your org!

I’m a full-stack software engineer based in New York, with several years of experience in the JavaScript and Python ecosystems. Most recently, I co-created Burrow (https://burrow-io.github.io), an open-source data ingestion pipeline that streamlines RAG application development. I work extensively with AWS and Docker and have hands-on experience building systems in the AI space.

Background: Senior software engineer with ~8 years of experience building and scaling backend and full-stack systems in finance, healthcare, logistics, and e-commerce. At JPMorgan Chase, worked on high-volume financial data APIs serving hundreds of millions of records from vendors like Bloomberg and NYSE using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and AWS.

Previously led backend work at GOGOX, designing real-time systems for mobile apps handling tens of thousands of deliveries monthly, and at Chordline Health, maintaining large-scale healthcare claims platforms processing millions of records. Earlier experience includes Elixir-based high-concurrency web crawlers and Rails APIs for international e-commerce.

I’m especially strong in:

Designing and scaling microservice architectures

Real-time and data-intensive systems

Cloud infrastructure and production reliability

Quickly learning new domains and owning systems end-to-end

Looking for senior backend or full-stack roles at product-driven startups or teams working on complex systems (data platforms, infra, fintech, health tech, or AI-adjacent work). Remote-friendly preferred, but open to relocation.

Hi there! Get in touch if you need an easy to work with and versatile lead/senior iOS developer for your app or platform that needs good performance, appealing user experience, and AI integration. I'm a developer and cofounder (indie game) specializing in graphics optimization (Metal/OpenGL), real-time visualizations, and embedding ML models for on-device inference. Experience with LLM fine-tuning, computer vision, and converting large models to compact on-device implementations. Led development of an App Store-featured app WikiNodes, and games with multiple awards. Recently built a word game using Metal shaders at 60fps, plus shipped computer vision features and cloud-based agent architectures.

Seeking remote senior/lead role.
