Some of the job postings here are amazing on paper, but they never actually seem to materialize into a response. Not to brag, but I'm usually very over qualified and apply because I like the idea of a startup environment and I'm financially secure. Wondering how the other side feels.

Résumé/CV: With 7 years of experience in small startups to large companies I've worked across the stack doing front-end, backend and infra / dev tooling.
