I’m Shoumik, a recent CS graduate with a Master's degree from Boston University. My main focus area is Computer Vision and Machine learning. I am currently working towards a submission for a top tier computer vision conference in a BU research group. I’m looking for my first job in industry and am seeking MLE/DS roles in a fast-paced environment.

WHY TO HIRE ME:
- I have good hands-on experience and strong theoretical background in the fields of ML, DL, CV and RL. I have been working as a researcher at various AI labs at BU since 2019.
- Passionate about building solutions from the ground up and I have a strong desire to to grow and explore.
- I am a firm believer in first principles based approach. I look for the EASIEST way to solve the problem, NOT the fanciest way.
- I like teaching and have mentored rising undergrads at MIT and UIUC for AI research and would love to work in a similar collaborative environment.
