CapitalRX | NYC, NY | FULLY REMOTE | FULL-STACK | www.cap-rx.com

We are a PBM (in many ways, a drug insurance company) that wants to make drugs cheaper in America. We leverage a pass-through model to dramatically lower medical costs for our members. We save people hundreds to thousands of dollars a year on their vital medications.

We are a socially-driven company and are going to be registering as a B-corporation this year to make our social mission part of our corporate responsibility.

We are looking for Full-Stack developers at all experience levels, and are currently focusing on mid-level and higher developers.

As a Full-Stack engineer, you would have a wide range of responsibilities that encompass API development, light infrastructure planning, and front-end component work. We also consider automation testing to be a crucial part of what we do, and TDD is highly encouraged.

You should be strong in at least two of the following front-end technologies: React, Typescript, Redux.

You should be strong in one major backend technology, preferably Python, although other languages are fine if you have a strong background building REST APIs.

We are completely cloud-based, and use AWS exclusively for all of our cloud solutions. If you are familiar with Terraform, Docker, or Kubernetes, that's a huge plus.

We are an Agile environment, and you would be working in a small, independent, cross-functional team. If you are used to the words "Scrum", "Points" and "Tickets", you will fit in well with our working process.

Finally, as a remote team, we really work on trying to build an fun, inclusive, and contempt-free culture. We have a great group of people that work here. We go further than other companies to engage personally with people and form bonds, because we understand how valuable it is to get along with your team and to feel like you belong there. After all, we all want to enjoy where we work.

If you'd like to join us, please send your resume to: Gilbert Gorham
