My TLDR; 20+ years of experience in operations and scalability. I'm great with managing large scale buildouts either on-prem or in the cloud. On the management side I'm best when managing 1-15 people, as an IC I am self directing and am fine with any size team. I've been doing consulting for a while but I'm looking to join up with a team that has 1-5 engineers ideally but I'd be fine with a larger org if I think the product is cool. I tinker with embedded stuff, HAM radio and cooking unusual foods from around the world.

I'm a well rounded web developer with a little more than a decade of experience, but consider "DevOps"/SRE/platform engineering a strength of mine, and I've often been the go-to person on the team for those kinds of things. I'd fit well on a dev team, but am open to SRE or Platform Engineering roles as well.

A few other strengths: I've got some GIS and data vis experience in my background. I've followed the information security world for a long while with great interest and apply that interest towards building secure systems.

Hi! I'm Liam, a freshman at UBC, aiming to specialize in Computer Science/Physics. Looking for a software related internship in the summer. I've been programming for 7 years, and built dozens of projects, most of them can be found on my Github (https://github.com/liam-ilan).

Over the summer, I built Crumb (https://github.com/liam-ilan/crumb), a programming language from scratch, which was front paged here a couple months ago! I'm also a member of the firmware team at UBC Formula Electric, working on porting firmware for the Front Sensor Module to our next car.

Open to doing just around anything you need me to do. If you have an opening, or any advice, hit me up :D

Generalist software engineer with 30 years experience consulting, contracting, and as an employee, in academia in the UK and commercial organizations in the US. Most comfortable in well-funded start-ups. Strong Computer Science background. I've primarily been using Python for 20 years, but it's time to learn Go and Rust, so I'm doing that.

I am a fullstack developer with more than 10 years of experience, but my main focus was always frontend development with JavaScript, and lately, TypeScript. I have also experience in building WordPress and WooCommerce sites with custom interactive features (SPAs) decoupled from the backend.

My code is clean and well-documented. I am a fast learner and can adapt to any project. I consider myself precise and try to continuously grow both in my professional and personal life.
