Workforce.com | SRE graduate program | Chicago, London, Brisbane | Full time

There’s not enough great SREs out there, so we are creating more! Our SRE grad is a 2 year program in which you will learn the skills needed to run a large SaaS product in production. You’ll learn by doing in conjunction with our SRE and engineering teams, and through a variety of specialist courses (eg on DevOps fundamentals, Rails performance, or SQL optimization) sponsored by us.

You’ll end this knowing a lot about our stack - Rails, Postgres, and AWS. Prior knowledge in any is helpful but not a hard requirement.

This is a new initiative. It might totally blow up. But I guarantee it’ll be fun and you’ll get paid well for helping us test a new model of learning.

If you’re interested email me: alex@workforce.com. I founded this company in college 10 years ago. We don’t have any VC or outside investment. My only interest is keeping my customers happy and building a great team. Come join it :)
