Rabbet is hiring Sr. Software Engineers to help us streamline construction finances. We offer cloud-based software for commercial lenders and real estate developers to centralize construction finances, automate administrative tasks, and reduce the time spent managing draws.

Backend is in Elixir (Phoenix/Absinthe/postgres), frontend is React (mostly JS with more new stuff in TS). The company is ~20 people with 6 of us on the engineering team. Looking to add another 3-4 engineers over the next ~6 months.

We are fully remote, though we do require candidates to be in TX, NC, or CO (exceptions possible if you have several years of professional Elixir experience). We don't currently offer sponsorship.

We're looking for an experienced engineer to help us set up our GTM infrastructure to scale the way we work. We're a lean team and we're looking for someone to help us achieve outsized outcomes by automating as much of our processes and workload as possible.

You'll be working closely with our marketing team and collaborating with sales, customer success, and product teams to keep us running as a well oiled machine. Your responsibilities will include:

- Scaling our sales and marketing stack: You'll be working closely with our GTM team to scale and automate our go-to-market activities by integrating our marketing, sales and finance tools with our CRM and product.

- Managing the data warehouse and company data model: Set up of our data stack and data models so everyone in the team can build their reports from a standard set of metrics.

- Driving operational efficiency of our campaigns: We want you to help us automate as much of our outreach operations as possible. This is by automating our workflows, using AI agents to remove human intervention entirely, and scaling our Instantly, Clay, and Apollo workflows.
