Cool. There's a few other companies attacking similar but unrelated verticals also in NYC. Your post has pizazz, but it doesn't communicate to the CTO candidate what the day to day will look like. Otoh, many places that do CTO searches at your size have some amount of technical debt. I know a few folks who are great at removing technical debt.
