I read somewhere that at least 30% of all jobs ads in UK is fake ... I don't know if it's true or not ... How do you tell the difference between fake job ad and real thing?

I've experienced the same thing in New Zealand, and more recently in Prague .. 'Place holder' advertisements created by recruiters just to get you into their database.

There are also quite a number of jobsites in Belgium, but most of them are for one language, so dependent on witch part you live:

In french: http://www.references.be - http://www.leforem.be

Hope they are usefull!

Our share of foreign nationals accounts for about 22%. That is almost 10 times the share of foreigners in the Czech Republic and about double the amount of the USA.

If a multicultural experience (four official languages) is boring, then you are right.

Sorry, but Switzerland is a little bit more than just bankers, watches, chocolate and cheese.
