You need a Technical Writer. You have developers that have trained extensively to talk to computers often in multiple languages. And it is hard enough to write documentation for other developers. Asking them to create documentation talking to users, system administrators, DevOps and management are even more dialects because they speak in their own jargon, and it costs a lot of their very expensive time.

I know technology, hardware, software, firmware and more. In tech, medical, aerospace, automotive and IT industries. I can do the translating for developers so they can concentrate on making the hard stuff.

I also know user experience (UX) I can guide you to make better user interfaces and keep you from making those mistakes that cripple many products.

I'm a software engineering manager with a bottom-up, collaborative style, focused on building and supporting resilient, empathetic, business-aware engineering teams who love what they do. I've worked in software since ~2011 and have worked with many tech stacks during that time- from PHP to Scala and Next.js to Rails. I've been fully remote since 2016 and have hired and managed globally remote team members at multiple companies. While I've spent the majority of my career in venture-funded b2b SaaS, my goal now is to work at a company that's not venture-funded.

My approach centers on 1:1s, transparent retros, and fostering a deep understanding of the business purpose behind the work we do. If this sounds like the type of culture that you have or wish to build, I'd love to hear from you and learn how I can support your mission and the team helping you accomplish it.

My family and I are currently located in the Orlando, FL area, but are actively looking to relocate to somewhere in Texas, elsewhere in Florida, or Tennessee, or we’re open to international locations as well.

I'm a senior full-stack developer with an aspiration for team/product/engieering lead or CTO-like position. For ~7 years I was co-founder and CTO of an ed-tech company called: amy.app . My co-founder and I scaled the company to about 25 employees. Before that I gained a PhD in Human Robot Interaction at the University of Oxford (in combination with UC-Canterbury). Currently I'm exploring how LLMs, in particular vision and audio, can be used to automate back office jobs. I'm very product/customer focused and pragmatic. I like to move super fast. My dream environment is an early-stage/full-remote startup.

PS: To demonstrate my speed: Here are two LLM project I fully(!) developed within 48h. It even got some traction on HN: https://www.line-items.com and https://josefs-picture-book.brandstetter.io PPS: I'll be in NYC between 15-21.Nov. Just in case someone want's to meet

Hello future colleague! I'm Max Bigras and I'm on the hunt for my next Infrastructure/SRE/Production/DevOps Engineering role! I like to work with excellent people and create lasting professional relationships. These are some details about me:

    1. I'm a Senior Infrastructure Engineer with 7+ years of experience. My favorite type of company is a startup looking to level up (50–100 people). I've worked on infrastructure teams ranging from 1–6.
    2. In general, I'm skilled at creating multi-tier, multi-account infrastructure as code architectures and application delivery workflows with Terraform and my speciality is creating self-service workflows by documenting the details; I maintain meticulous notes about my thinking process which I publish internally.
    3. I tend to solve problems which no one else wants to—arcane Docker/Linux gotchas, IAM permissions, networking, CI/CD issues, updating docs—then I automate the solution in code and document the details.
    4. My favorite days at work are when I start to see others solving their own problems in a self-service way by linking to my Slack threads, wiki pages, GitHub discussions.
Thank you for considering me and please freely reach out!
