I help early-stage startups set a tech strategy, build an MVP, and even grow a team. I can handle end-to-end web app development from scratch, including product definition, backend + frontend development, and basic design. I also offer CTO-as-a-service for existing teams that need help growing or scaling.

I'm a serial founder who's built and sold multiple companies (like https://moonlightwork.com), and I've held leadership roles in engineering + product at major companies like Webflow and Trusted Health. But, my passion is building things - and I use my background in software and product to help early-stage startups either launch a product or convert a low-code product to a coded application.

My name is Tavi, and I run a software consultancy focused on oncology. My clients include startups, biotech companies and foundations. I previously led several immuno-oncology research projects at Mount Sinai and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Before that, I led a small engineering team at Salesforce.
